Birthday in Green

Birthday in Green

This is the green example of a batch of cards I am making for our local hospice charity to sell.  They are all similar but different colourways.  I think this one is my favourite though.

Another Anniversary Card

Anniversary_example

A variation on my previous anniversary card – not sure if the flower works on the front.  I think I should have used a 3-D one but I have carried it over to the insert.
Anniversary_Insert

I think the flower works better on the inside but the addition of a shape to write on would look better so will add one.

Ellie the Elephant

Ellie

This was a quick card.  I am not totally happy with the way Ellie turned out but I liked the flower.  Ellie is a Stamposaurus clear stamp.

Wedding Anniversary

Anniversary

I was pleased with this card although in the picture the edges of the card and the surface of the sentiment look dirty.  In reality I had gone over them with iridescent medium so they shone when they caught the light.

Clean & Simple

Clean & Simple

I made this card for a Less is More challenge but in the end decided that it had too much on it.

New Home

New Home

I always dreamed of living in a cottage like this when I was young.
The wonky fairy is back again, that reminds me I must find some board!  Yes, I know it is another peel-off but needs must and all that!
Heralding the beginning of the end of summer – our Swifts have left the area so no more “screaming” until next year.  I like it when they arrive but not when they leave.  However, we still have our House Martins, they don’t usually go to Africa until September/October and then it really will be the end of Summer!

Lazy Afternoon

Lazy Afternoon

This birthday card was made for my old boss – he is now retired but was an extremely busy, eminent surgeon. I wasn’t ultra-happy about the way the background turned out but unfortunately did not have time to re-stamp and re-colour. The stamp and sentiment are from LOTV natch.  The background papers are digital and from Donna at Bearly Mine Designs.  I have a number of these gorgeous designs but cannot remember which set these are from as I printed a number of them off at the time, sorry!

Teddy–Bouquet

Teddy - Bouquet

Another LOTV stamp today, I said they were my favourites!  The wonkiness has reappeared in all it’s glory though, I must find something more stable for the easel to stand on.

One for the Boys

One For the Boys
Yes, I know it’s a peel off but I was ‘distressed’.  This was done for my nephew who was very pleased with it.  Sorry the photo is a bit wonky!!

I tried to produce a swathe of flowers but am not sure it has worked.
