Bird on a Dogwood Branch

Hello, my first post for a while as I have finished my commissions.  I have chosen the new Bird on a Dogwood Branch stamp designed by Tina Wenke for Stampavie which has been coloured with Promarkers.

The background paper is from a Kate Knight 6x6 paper stack - Spring Fling - which was given free with Cardmaking and Papercraft this month.  All the papers are pretty and very floral.

Sweet Spring

All About Him

Hello - today the stamp on my card is All About Him by Fizzy Moon which is a very useful stamp for those difficult "boy" cards as it comes with other titles - Dad, Brother etc and has been coloured with Promarkers.

Two Valentine's Cards

I have two cards to show you today.  The first has the stamp Bunnies - in Love from LOTV and has been coloured with Copics.

My second Valentine's card was made using a Cheery Lynn doily die Sophia's Heart.  This is one of those dies which require several passes through the die cutting machine to get the detail punched properly but it is worth the effort.

Spring Bringer

Hello - my card today is Spring Bringer by Wee Stamps for Whimsy Stamps and designed by Sylvia Zet.  She has been coloured with Promarkers and her wings Stickle'd with Star Dust.

All Our Dreams

Hello - the stamp on my card today is All Our Dreams from LOTV (they have a new release of stamps on 20th - bang goes one of my New Year's resolutions as there are some really cute ones in there.  You know how it is!) and I have coloured it with Promarkers.

Daisy Corner

The stamp on today's card is Daisy Corner by Magenta Stamps and has been coloured with Spectrum Noir's and Polychromos.

Hello - it is really cold today, I am staying in my craft room!

Hey Birdie Peeker

Hello - the stamp on my card today is Hey Birdie Peeker from "The Peekers" Collection #1 set designed by Elisabeth Bell for SCACD stamps and coloured with Copics.

Fish Bowl

We have had a dusting of snow this morning for the first time this year and it is very cold outside but I am tucked up in my craft room making some more cards for a charity event I hope will be set up later this year.

Today's card (I must try and get them a bit squarer in the photos!) is Fish Bowl by House Mouse and is available from Simon Says Stamps, I couldn't find a stockist in the UK who sells this stamp.  I love colouring these images and this one has been coloured with Promarkers.

Isabelle and puppy Coco

My card today is Isabelle and puppy Coco by Sarah Kay for Stampavie and coloured with Copics.

Sitting Pretty

The image on my card today is Maisie - Sitting Pretty by LOTV and I have coloured her with Promarkers.

I joined Target Ovarian Cancer's Target 1000 Club and pledged to raise £1000 to add to their fund to improve the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.  I have raised £207 so far by selling the cards I make which I am very pleased about.

The stamp on my card today is Take it easy by Giordano Studio Stamps from Joanna Sheen and is coloured with Copics.

Little Bit Sketchy

My card today is one of those I couldn't post before but now the birthday has come and gone, I can reveal it.

It is my first attempt at water-colouring a stamped image for a card.  I used Stazon to stamp the images from Sheena Douglass'  A Little Bit Sketchy stamp plates - On the Water and Lakeside Shore.  

Bernadette

The stamp on my card today is "Bernadette admiring the spring flowers" designed by Sarah Kay for Stampavie and available here.  She has been coloured with Copics.

Just in case ....

I haven't posted for a while as I have been making cards I cannot publish yet but when this S.W.A.L.K. stamp arrived in my order from Crafters Companion, I decided to make a card "Just in case" and this is perfect.  

The image is coloured with Copics and I think the lilies are from WOC.  There is not a lot more to say about it really except that the backing papers are from a modern selection of Christmas papers which I think worked here without looking "christmassy" because of the colour.

Fluffy

Unfortunately, or fortunately whichever way you look at it! the weather is dull again this morning so this card is much darker than in real life - roll on Spring.  

The stamp used is  Fluffy on the Lily designed by Sylvia Zet Wee Stamps for Whimsy Stamps and has been coloured with Copics.

  

A Present For You

This is a very quick card made in a hurry with another of LOTVs Cute Squares - Having Fun, although I think the colouring on this is a bit wishy-washy.  I will probably go over it with Copics having looked at it again.
